Shipping & Returns

 We process and ship orders Monday-Friday directly from our warehouse. Our shipping is done directly through PayPal & PayPal only. Please confirm that your shipping address on PayPal is the correct address. Once your order is placed, we are unable to change/update your shipping address. We are not responsible for any lost or missing packages once dropped off at USPS.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation from PayPal to your email address containing your tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive this email. 

We ship to The United States only. If you are out of the US and would like to place an order, please reach out to us at

Any orders placed outside of the US without international shipping, will be immediately refunded. 


Exchanges ONLY within 5 days of delivery date. 

You must email us before sending items back to be exchanged. Once received, store credit will be issued. Store credit must be used within 7 days of return approval. We do not cover shipping costs during returns. 

Credits for returned items can not be used to purchase during giveaways, mystery item sales, fundraiser items, or any special pricing sales.

If you receive your item and it is damaged or defective, please email us immediately - we promise to make it right.

We have a three step inspection process. This process includes inspecting each item before it is packaged up/shipped. Although we like to keep your items protected for shipment, we are not responsible for any damaged/missing/stolen goods from packages during transit.
